Option 1: Delete from inside Navakrit
- Sign in to your Navakrit account as the account owner.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account & data.
- Confirm the deletion. You will get an email confirming it.
To remove only one channel's data, go to Settings → Channels, choose the channel and select Disconnect and delete data.
Option 2: Email us
Send an email to hello@navakrit.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include:
- Your name and the email address or phone number on the account.
- The business name and, if relevant, the Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number connected to Navakrit.
- Whether you want everything deleted or only certain data.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything, to protect your account.
Option 3: Remove Navakrit from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find Navakrit and select Remove.
- Removing the app stops new data from reaching us. To delete data we already hold, also send us a request using Option 2.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
- Your data, including messages, contacts and access tokens received from Meta platforms, is permanently deleted from our live systems within 30 days and from backups within a further 30 days.
- We may keep a minimal record only where the law requires it.
- We email you once the deletion is complete.
End customers of Navakrit users
If you messaged a business that uses Navakrit, that business controls your conversation data. Please contact the business directly. You can also write to us and we will pass your request on and help the business fulfil it.
